I took a little stroll around Chinatown today, it's lovely. A little square hide away in the heart of Manchester. I recommend Ho's Bakery for a little lunch time treat and for the late night punters there's always Karaoke or of course Long Legs...
So I've continued my afternoon walks around Manchester's finest offerings and today visited Cube Gallery on Portland Street, there's a really nice Architecture exhibition on at the moment and entry is free!! However like yesterdays outing I'm saddened to report that I was in fact the ONLY person in the entire gallery, it's a shame that all this wonderful stuff is going unseen. This is why we lost Urbis, come on people.
Had a look around Manchester Art Gallery today, and in particular at the "World Observed" exhibition by photographer Dorothy Bohm. Really interesting stuff, brilliant images as you'd expect, what I didn't expect however was that i'd be pretty much the only person in the gallery, as you'll see by my photographs.
